I’m here to help you explore the world, no matter your budget or vacation days. Whether you are traveling for the first time or you’re a travel veteran, I’ll be sharing my favorite tips and tricks to help you make the most of your travels.

I’ve held a full-time job my whole adult life (and then some!) and have still found time to explore the world. Most of those years, I was working in an industry that is insanely underpaid for the hours you put in. Yet, I still found a way to travel. So no, it doesn’t take weeks and weeks and weeks of vacation time or unlimited funds to travel the world (but both sure would be nice). Travel is more accessible than you think. I’m here to share my travel tips, tricks, and secrets with you so you too can join me in exploring this wonderful world.

[I’m including this disclaimer for my parents] Average Traveler doesn’t mean my trips are average. In fact, they’re far from it. I love getting off the beaten path and finding a spot that only the locals know about. I love immersing myself in the local culture. Average Traveler means that travel is accessible to the average person. Yes, including you!
